Iron Workers Local 384 is offering training programs to its members.
The Knoxville training center includes classrooms, hands-on training, and on-the-job learning.
A three-year apprenticeship that prepares students for careers in ironworking is available.
This program includes a minimum of 1,400 hours of on-the-job learning and 204 hours of classroom instruction per year.
